Before and after a bald eagle workshop (previous post) I visited other parts of Vancouver Island in British Columbia, notably Chemainus River Estuary, Cowichan Bay and Tofino. In Tofino I made two boat trips to photograph birds and black bears – my first time seeing bears in the wild. I ended my visit to Canada in Vancouver.
